How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since each piece is custom-made to your specifications, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Because our custom products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in the production process. Please review your design carefully before checkout.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a garment you already own that fits well and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing custom orders within 24 hours. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team immediately. Once production has started, we are unable to modify the design or size.
What materials do you use for your apparel?
